Nissan Driver Door Not Locking

Nissan note 2007 drivers door locking mechanism noise when locking or unlocking very simple fix this is my first video and unfortunately i didn t record.

They are not unlocking with remote or key. If not there is the actuator that does not allow the central locking and i think is a matter of locksmith my solution so far is i disconnected the light from driver side door removed the plug and before i leave the car close by central locking the car and then manually the driver door looking for more permanent solution thanks. I have to manually use the key to unlock the driver door. Then get out the vehicle and enter thru the front door.

Fixing nissan patrol door lock. The solenoid is bad. Nissan can said what ever they want but my 2017 nissan rogue with only 30 000 miles the driver side door lock is not working all the other doors are okay. The remote opens the rear doors only then you have to climb in and reach the inside front latch to open the door.

15 people found this helpful. Both drivers door and front passenger door locks not working. To lock the car all doors operate with key fob or manually pressing the lock button on the driver side panel but the driver door does not respond. Replacing it may require removing the car door panel.

You have a broken wire. If the lock isn t getting power hold the lock switch either up or down and then open and close the door repeatedly to see if the lock will work. The lock appears to receive some signal but it does not fully operate and unlock.
